$15,000 to help me get a Spouse Visa to the US/Canada

Hi, I am a hard working Kenyan man aged 27. I am looking for a way to enter the US. I need a lady who I can pay for a flight to and from Kenya. She should come here, fake a marriage with me at an attorney, help me get a spouse visa to the US. The process should take less than 7 days.
