confirm order for website making from lead

I have a new startup as freelance sales and marketing associate and has a collaboration with a website designing and development company in India, to sale their different package. And we need a people who get lead from social media and other sources and confirm order as you want to promote . after completion of each order you will get 10% of per package you sell. your job responsibility is just to confirm order and after that company will handle that customer for further services.
