competency center

I need an expert who has a very clear image to guide my graduation group on a very big project . someone who has a clear technical and managerial back ground because the project will probably gonna be a real company . we have almost 6-7 months from now but I really need him only on the early stages where i can be familiar with all the requirements since he/she has a deeper knowledge than i do on IT and starting a business . so the service is mostly needed on the design phase for now . in a short terms , the system serves specific experts gathering them on one site so on there free time they do( for example programming or security)y or whatever the clients might asks since the client applies for a consultancy service. the experts have specific knowledge base that they feed with articles and informations about what been done ( seen only by spesified poeple )and shared data that helps them develop there careers too . the team is out of 3 students , a research assistant that we deliver to and of course the professor who has created the idea of the project .
