Two Attachments: 1 is the Q&A I've received from all interested freelancers. 2. My very arcaic concept. Please check it out. NOTICE: I will not take generic proposals. I'm really interested in someone who's done this before. I need a webpage that has somewhat the same functionality as [login to view URL] But then, based on the area, I need it to display some demographic charts and commercial information. I need to have a marketplace so I can sell reports online, and also, a suscriber area with added functionalities such as additional information. Also, I need whatever database you propose, to connect to certain APIs in order to gather information on a continuous basis, and I need a massive update tool so that I can upload POIs and other data. Specially interested in keeping low costs, so open source tools will be favored, but not exclusive. I will provide the servers, storage, public IP, etc. Bear in mind this is a project for a Mexican client, so, the cartography, streets and other layers have to be Mexico specific. I will update with details as I get questions from freelancers and will answer them for all.
