online E-commence banner advertising company

looking for people to build an E commence banner advertising website for me. it's quite similar to criaglist , the website will be for client to post their company banner to advertise on our website. we will like our frontpage:[login to view URL] NOTE:this is not a penny auction project it's a banner advertising company, what we trying to do here is to advertise our client company by putting on their banner after see the link above that i provided, instead of product inside the boxes , i would like to put our client company banner. upon clicking the banner my client have, it will link to a page regarding bout their information,picture ,location... same goes to the design i would like to be what [login to view URL] did or if you can provide something better will be good. both the market place and homepage of our website would like to have similar the box i would like it to be wider and neat to fit in banner of my client company, also the website i would like it to be bright like what sold .sg did. among the categories, i would have fashion,automotive,pub&club,event,beauty.etc... also i would like to include an 'Marketplace" onto my selection. this marketplace will let consumer/customer that come to my website to post thing they wanna sell/buy or trade. will like to highlight that marketplace. would be better if smartphone can access into it with the fitting sizing for smartphone. basic requirement 1)Log in and Registration Page 2)User Account Page 3)Flexible, user friendly & functionally smart CMS. From CMS (Admin) you can manage content, pictures etc. i can upload/edit/update. 4)Testimonials, user account module, browse or listing by category, photo gallery (selected image will be displayed using light box or zooming facility), wishlist section, captcha controlled contact us page, e-mail section, events and newsletter module. this will be a long-term project , looking for technical support and website maintenance and 24/7 customer service support for any questions or concerns that you may have too. support for site maintenance and debugging and a lot more like social integration to Facebook, Twitter, Linked in etc and i know after the website are done, there be charges for fixing of any bug or maintenance .and if your company are good in making of banner. we shall work it out for a long term project send me an example of what you have picture from the describe and do let me know if you need more information that i missed out for your needs.
