Website + Logo design from a scratch (.psd files only)

My client would like a 4-6 page website design to help create a brand for the company. Site is an online community services website, integrated to social network sites like Facebook, Twitter and MySpace. We have some ideas and basic info for you to start with, but we would prefer to get your professional view (in site's look and feel). Expected deliverables are: * corporate identity design, incl. logo, three service symbols and in general company’s look and feel. * 2 x homepage designs (not logged in and logged in) and 3-4 content page templates. * all basic web elements needs to be designed (list, button, form, etc.). * visual design needs to be documented (fonts, sizes) Online business is planning to start small, and increase its activities in regular phases/updates. Hoping to use same designer for the updates. If you are interested of continuity, pls state your hour rates as well. Thanks. About the CMS/tech.: * Joomla, all designed deliveries needs to fit without additional work to Joomla templates. No flash needed, all dynamic elements. About the wanted website designer (you): * experienced, creative and proactive digital designed. Preferable advertising background. Portfolio, or at least five of your previous works required.
