web design - online magazine

We're preparing an online magazine and we're seeking a solid web designer (or several) to build and design the site. We'd like the site to be powered by Movable Type or possibly Wordpress, so we'd prefer a designer with some experience working with those publishing platforms. The magazine itself will deal with sexual content, but it isn't an 'adult' site. Our angle is elegant and edgy, and most of our contributors are writers and photographers. The style of the site will make all the difference, so it's important that we're able to look at your portfolio, or have some way of gauging your style. We lean towards a cleaner aesthetic, so we're not looking for complex flash design unless it's very, very compelling. Simple, clean, gorgeous, seductive, elegant, edgy. In terms of structure, the publishing platform will be central to the site. We will also need an entry page, an 'about' page, a page for bios of the contributors, and a contact page.
