Facebook-like Website With E-commerce Capabilites Needed

Hello all, IF YOU WANT TO BID ON THIS PROJECT PLEASE INCLUDE A PROPOSAL FOR THE PROJECT. INCLUDE WHAT PLATFORM YOU THINK WOULD BE BEST TO USE. TELL ME IF YOU'VE EVER DONE A SITE LIKE THIS. I NEED TO KNOW APPROXIMATELY HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE. I NEED TO KNOW IF THERE ARE THINGS YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO DO. I NEED TO KNOW THAT WE WILL NOT BE WASTING EACH OTHERS TIME AND THAT IF YOU BID ON THE PROJECT, YOU'RE QUALIFIED AND ABLE TO FINISH IT. I ALSO NEED TO KNOW IF YOU OFFER SUPPORT FOR A CERTAIN PERIOD OF TIME AFTER COMPLETION IN CASE OF BUGS. I AM LOOKING TO BUILD A LONG-TERM RELATIONSHIP AND HAVE MUCH MORE BUSINESS FOR YOU IF I AM SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY OF YOUR WORK. THANK YOU. I currently own a website [login to view URL] and would like to redo it. I need it to look cleaner. I want the colors to be similar to MSN and facebook. Blues and whites with a sports flare. I also need it to look more like a standard sports website with more information on the homepage. You can look around the website to see exactly how it functions. I would like much of the functionality to resemble Facebook but with a more interactive homepage and e-commerce capabilities. I'd like to do it from a Wordpress platform but am open to suggestions. Each instructor needs to have a profile page where they can do everything from (see description below). The main function of this website is to get sports instructors/trainers to sign up for our service. Once they do that, we allow them to have their own profile page with us. Through this profile page they can schedule their lessons and accept payments as well as tell people about themselves and show photos and pictures. Currently, our calendar setup is horrible. I want a calendar like the ones you see on airline sites. When someone is looking for an available time, I want them to be able to click on the date and have it tell them what times are available. If they want to schedule a time, I want them to be able to do it right then and there. Then I want them to get an email where they have to confirm it. I would also like them to be able to have a blog if possible. The profiles need to be easily editable by the instructors just like facebook or myspace with no coding or FTPing required. Also, each instructor needs to be able to run payments for their lessons through their profile page. Right now we are using one paypal account and cutting checks to the instructors. I don't like this system. I would rather have a system where they can do it individually but if that's not possible it's ok. We also run tournaments through the site as you can see. The tournament pages need to have all the same functionality as the instructor pages. Lastly, we are trying to add a page for teams. The teams would be able to post photos, schedules, rosters, etc. The teams also need to be able to accept payments for their season. I am looking for a quality site and am willing to pay a fair price. I NEED SOMEONE WHO COMMUNICATES WELL AND GETS BACK TO ME QUICKLY. I ALSO NEED TO SEE OTHER WORK YOU'VE DONE.
