RITA KELLY MEDIA - WEBSITE BRIEF Introduction Rita Kelly Media is a new Bristol based Advertising Agency specialising in helping small and medium sized enterprises to achieve their maximum potential through print, broadcast and digital media. Its strength comes from its creativity. Its aim is to create memorable advertising campaigns that people will talk about and interact with. It aims to attract the business owner of small to medium sized businesses; the person who struggles to find the time to market their company properly. We appreciate that for a small business or a business start-up, advertising can be a very daunting area. Nobody likes paying for advertising, but if you have a product or service to sell then advertising is a necessity. Getting it right is crucial. Getting it wrong can be costly. Rita Kelly Media uses industry experts in their field to provide the highest level of service without high staffing costs. We offer advice, booking and creative services on print, broadcast and digital media An advertiser’s common concerns include: Is it the right medium for my company? Am I paying too much for my advertising? Is my creative treatment right? Rita Kelly Media aims to provide answers to those questions along with free and impartial advice. Rita Kelly Media needs to create a website with a contemporary feel that looks professional, friendly and approachable. The website should fit in with existing branding and corporate logos. Requirements Our website needs to have a modern feel reflecting our creative based solutions. The website needs to cover various areas. Home page for us to promote the business. This should include links to our Facebook page and Twitter feed. We need to be able to add buttons and banners and links to third parties as and when required. It should also have a link to an e-mail sign up form. Print Media including press, magazine, poster, direct and PR mail campaigns Broadcast Media including TV and radio campaigns Digital Media including websites, social media and e-mail newsletters Gallery section where our work can be displayed About us section where we can promote the company and the people working for it. Contact Us page with details of how people can get in touch. This should include a form whereby customers can either ask a question or submit their details for a quotation. I Blog page where we can put news and features Rita Kelly Media wishes to change as much of the content as possible using existing tools such as Dreamweaver. All written content, images etc. will be supplied by Rita Kelly Media.
