Custom Joomla Template

I am looking for a template to be used with a Joomla! website. The template MUST work with JA Trans Menu V2.0. The Site will have a top level menu bar (the JA Trans Menu) options will drop down from the top. So the top part of the site will be the buttons. There will be one more pane below that – the Content Area. You will be required to integrate the JA Trans Menu CSS with the sites CSS so that they flow very nice and look visually attractive to the viewer. So basically what I am asking of this project and the successful candidate is to create the Joomla! template, CSS, and JA Trans Menu CSS. I want something VERY attractive and new, something visually pleasing to the viewers. There should be a very nice frame around the main content area. A nice clean rich graphic would be ideal for the frame of the content area. Colors that are a must are Black and White. The entire site should be a dark site, black background, font can be white, and grey and gold may also work well. For example in the content areas the headings could be gold color, while the text is white. But emphasis to make this site a Black color site is a must. I am considering designing this site at 800x600 resolution. I don’t want something that I can easily get using a free template, I am here paying money so I am not interested to see sites you have done using stock Joomla! templates, I want something new, and that will work well with Joomla! It should not be very graphics heavy that will result in the site loading slow. Please do not send me links to tons of sites you have done before that will not demonstrate what I have asked above. I am not interested in seeing stock Joomla! templates, I have already seen those and don’t want them. I am looking for something unique. PLEASE READ THIS – then read it again, some people seem to always skip the requirements. The following requirements of the successful candidate are a MUST. You will need your OWN Joomla install to work with, you will not have access to the live site. So please be sure you have your own site to work with, this way you can provide me the URL to view as you progress on the project. If you are a person that will be hard to get a hold of - or a person that is tackling so many projects that this one will suffer, please DO NOT bid on this project. Also, please do NOT bid on this project if you do not have experience with Joomla and JA Trans Menu. I need you to be available and knowledgeable to get things done. If you feel your abilities are up to par, please bid on this project. If you are not meeting all the above requirements, please DO NOT bid on this project.
