Scrape Basic Info From Property Site to Work Out Rental Yields

I'm looking for a script/app that can visit this site daily: [login to view URL] I'm looking to calculate the rental yields for houses/apartments (ie divide the selling price by a rental amount I'll supply) and have it list properties based on which offer the best yield. If you look at the attached spreadsheet you can see the various categories I want to use, it's basically using the same sorting as the site does by area and then number of rooms in the property like here: [login to view URL] if you look at the dropdown menu So ideally we'd have a webpage a bit like the spreadsheet where it lists all the various areas, there are 24 and I could enter the yearly rent amount (as this would change) The site would then scrape the site daily to get the prices of all the houses by category and then work out the yield for them. We could limit the max house price so as to reduce the number of houses it's looking though if this would help, I'm guessing there would be about 2000 the first time it scraped but subsequently only about 50 new ones each day. We then just need a spserate page where it ranks the properties in terms of best yield with a link to the property in question, so lets say the top one is 10.2%, the next one is 9.9% etc. It might also be helpful to have the sale price, area and number of bedrooms, so Dublin 4......3 Bedrooms.....€500,000.....6.5% Yield for example. I suspect this would be relatively easy to code and not require much work but it's a task I'd like to automate as opposed to manually having to do it.
