Mass Emailing

Hello PROJECT OVERVIEW I have a database of over 150,000 home business seekers and I need a company to create, deliver and manage a marketing campaign to my database. The fist stage will be send all the contacts in the database an opt-in email and then to retain IP & Timestap information on all those people who say YES to the opt-in email - (We need to have evidence that they requested the further information in case any of them accuse us of Spam) We then need to send a series of Emails to them over the next 60 days (1 email every week) detailing our business opportunity to them and encouraging them to sign up for FREE BEFORE SPETEMBER. The emails must be delivered both in TEXT & HTML and we need the company who wins the contract to design both the layout of the HTML emails and the the content of these emails from the information we provide. This campaign must be completed within 60 days of start and we will pay a FIXED FEE via Paypal only to a company with an address verified PayPal account - if you do not have this then DO NOT BID as we will ask for this information up front.
