60 PR4 links needed

I need 60 PR4 links to 3 different websites, which means you need to get only 20 PR4 websites and place 3 different links there. (1) One way non-reciprocal link. No link Exchanges, Linking page must be PR4 or higher. reciprocal link posible if site is PR6+ (2) All links must be permanent (3) Only direct static links will be approved, No dynamic or Automated link systems. you Must check that the acquired link is spiderable. I will not pay for links that are hidden, cloaked or redirected in any way. Links from FFAs, Linkfarms and spam websites are not acceptable. (4) Links Must be from different, geographically diverse, Class-C IP Addresses. (6) Links Must be on pages with 20-40 outgoing links at most. You will provide all link data in an Excel spreadsheet which will include: Link site exact URL, Site Name, Site Type, Google Page Rank and IP address.
