Vue JS SPA UI/UX Re-Implementation

We have a Vue.JS SPA that is in need of both a UI/UX overall and a reimplementation of said UI/UX preferably bringing it inlin with the Authentication Services that protect the application. The Application itself is relatively basic CRUD application with several form and can be found at [login to view URL] feel free to register and sign up and have a play with the existing SPA to assess the size of the ask. The source code for the existng vue + veutify SPA will be made available to the winning bid, it can be run entirely locally and there is no need to develop any of the backend APIs or manage any of the certificate issuance processes. Broadly the functionality consists of the following capability Accessing Bank and/or Third Party records Creating Software Statements Creating a Certificate Signing Request (CSR) for OB ETSI like and Trust Framework non-ETSI certificates Managing Transport and Signing Test Certificates including QWACs and QSeals (eIDAS certificates) Managing signing and encryption keys Creating Software Statement Assertions (SSA) Creating ASPSPs’ lists of Authorisation Servers Acquiring Access Tokens to consume API services Acquiring the list of Authorisation Servers Creating Software Statement Assertions (SSA) via API For information on these concepts please check out [login to view URL] We are looking to develop an ongoing relationship with a talented or multiple talented developers, no restriction on location but will accept both an hourly rate or a fixed price.
