3d annotation tool

Hi, We need a 3D annotation tool with vuejs 2.0 and three.js. This tool must be able to add a 2D object on a 3D model (stl, obj, json, dae, ply, fbx, dxf): - Text zone - Line - Arrows - Circle / rectangle / point All must be in a vuejs component which returns all 2d objects in json. This json can be used to reload a 2d object. Component input: - Camera position - 3d url - json array 2d object Output: - json array 2d object - mouse event
