Dear Employer! This job opportunity has just came from out of nowhere in the best timing as it could :) I'm mainly doing design works as a freelancer, but I always wanted to work as a voice over artist. Some facts about me that make me suitable for this job: - I have all the equipment for home recording - I'm a musician and singer - I'm pretty good in english, so I can also do translation jobs (and of course I'm a native Hungarian) - I always wanted to be an actor, my friends and family always tell me I should have been one (my career didn't allow me to try myself, but I still want to) - I have two kids, and I love reading tales for them, I always read them as it was a play, with all the acting and stuff (I give voice personalities to all characters in the story) - I have future plans of writing kid's books. Downside: - unfortunately right now I don't have any samples, but I can record some in the evening. UPDATE: I've recorded a little sample of me reading a part of a nice little tale. You can find it in my portfolio! (I can do much better quality if needed) About the pricing: I'm quite flexible, as you didn't describe the exact amount of work, I didn't set exact price. Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Cynthia Suri, I am a freelance translator and in my free time I write novels, poems, create logos and love to sing. According to the feedback of others, I have a nice singing voice, you can check a sample video under my name in Youtube (unfortunately links are not allowed here). The video isn't a good quality, it was only a test to sing to someone else's piano play but I think it's good enough to decide if you like the sound of it. I also have an Audio-Technics microphone and it's good for voice recording, I've done it before.
