there are few queries :-
As a part of Aerodesign team myself, we had to deal with lot of optimizations for eg. Lift force vs area of wing, span vs chord . etc and they all have a effect of overall performance like turning moment, roll moment, stability etc.
So what I can do.
lets talk about appendix 1
there are 6 variables which are required to be solved, lets say 3 transnational velocity and 3 rotational velocity, and lets assume that all the other parameters are constant, and you make 10 different combinations of parameter, The final solutions of the 6 velocity can be plotted ( velocity vs combination) , this method makes it easy as of how one quantity is related to other.
I am experienced in writing VBA macros for situations related to this and a mechanical engineer myself, so I totally understand the concept of dynamic (force) analysis and different parameters used in the analysis.
