We need an excel spreadsheet that calculates the potential commission on projects. It needs to have drop down selections, easy to use, visually appealing and have a macro to print into pdf for the final calculation. It also needs to capture the customer name, opportunity name/ID and salesperson. We have partnered with a telco that offers commissions based on engagements. There are 3 tiers to partnership, an upfront payment if it's a renewal or new business and different pay percentages based on those tiers of partnership. The other variable is the contract length (5 options) There are variables in the % of what product is being proposed as part of a solution (there are 12 product categories). The other function this calculator needs to provide is a breakdown of payments over the term as there is a combination of once off upfront, and monthly recurring. This needs to be calculated over the term with a visual representation on a graph that can also be a macro to click the button and print to PDF in landscape for this item. One of the pages needs to be easily modified (if the partner was to change the % paid on a product as an example) or SPIFF - there needs to be a field available for manual entry. The data for the 'backend' of the spreadsheet needs to be easily accessible, readable, but have the ability to lock down and hide with password for this page only.
