We are looking for a top-notch virtual assistant to help manage our business, handle office administration and an ambition to develop marketable skills and grow in responsibility. You will be responsible for all functions of the day to day running of the office including diary & email management, document preparation, maintenance of all business registers, travel co-ordination, website maintenance, social media, outsourcing, managing other temps and more.

You must possess:

 Capability to manage projects to

 business acumen

 Keen attention to detail and pride in the work you do

 A high level of responsibility, integrity, self-motivation and reliability

 A desire to contribute and leave your mark on a growing overseas business as a critical member of the team

 Impeccable spoken and written English

 Computer literacy and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Suite

 Internet skills, and a keenness to learn new technologies

 software skills relevant to the role

 Knowledge and experience in the use of social media

 Great organisational skills and the ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities

 Capability to work independently, plus initiative and problem solving skills,

 deadlines

 Your own computer and fast, reliable internet access

 A positive and “can-do” outlook.

It is to your advantage if you have:

 Experience (12 months +) as a virtual assistant for an overseas company in the role of Personal Assistant or Office Administrator

 Marketing or business experience of any kind, e.g. internet marketing

Your qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree a minimum
