We are searching for Remote Virtual Assistant for our House Cleaning/Maid Service company, it is service business so any experience with dispatching people to jobs, taking in inbound appointments, following up with new leads, scheduling appointments, light crm work, etc is very helpful. Pay is $14-15/hr for candidates with good experience and $10-13/hr for candidates with less experience. Part time work starting out 10-30 hrs a week depending on performance and previous experience. USA preferred with good english communication and willing to be flexible with their rates as this is a long-term job with room for advancement as the company grows. **We need a phone support VA superstar right now, someone who knows how to run the day to day operations of a business for a company is really what we need and looking for. Owner is very busy and has other businesses** Below is some examples of things that could help us right now and what we are looking for in a candidate. --providing phone support throughout the week taking incoming calls/making outgoing calls, scheduling appointments, assigning cleaners to jobs, checking in with cleaners on jobs, following up with regular customers, etc. (this can be done remotely, you don't come into our office) --helping put email campaigns together to send out to our customers with various promo codes, general offers, newsletters, refer a friend discount specials, etc throughout the month. Ability to create good content for the emails is a huge plus. --following up with our customers who send us in live chat inquires, email correspondence to our customers, sending our online business review requests asking for their feedback, etc. --helping categorize and organize data in our CRM system --social media posting sometimes --good team player that is willing to tackle any project or tasks that might help benefit the company in some way. --general admin type tasks such as creating ms excel files, emailing our employees to get paperwork completed, send out company memo's, etc. --is tech savvy Company is based in Florida, biz hours are between 8:30am to 6:30am Monday - Saturday with VA assistant working on and off throughout the day not straight through block hrs, mostly increments throughout the day.

I am available in florida time. I have managed operations and support tasks of a cleaning & hosting company before. I can start working at $8 an hour. I have also managed sending out emails. I can manage all backoffice tasks that can be handled remotely. Are you using any tools for these tasks? I used asana, trello, a CRM and google calendar before.
