We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist our customer with inquires and helping them with problems with our products and services. You will be handle phone, chat and email support so you will be needing perfect and neutral English.
Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include:
• Resolving customer queries, recommending solutions
• You are the first-line to address and troubleshoot product related queries.
• To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator (written and spoken) who’s able to earn our customers’ trust.
Must be familiar with shopify and dropshipping business.
The working hours will be 2 pm to 8pm EST. The salary will be based on your experience.
