This is quite a difficult task since the audio wavelength of all humans lie in the same audio spectrum. In other words, removing or dialing town one person voice in a crowd will most likely affect all the other human voices in the video. But there is a way to tackle this problem. Actually there are two ways this can be achieved. One way is to simply mute the audio at the interval when that particular person is speaking. But this will produce an odd silence in the video. The second approach is to lock at that person's frequency and make changes to that particular frequency only. But as I said this will most likely affect other voices as well. Another thing I could do is to mute that person's voice and fill in those blank gaps from crowd voices from other paces in the audio. This will again require high precision as well as smooth transitions between cutting points (where the audio changes). As I said this is a difficult task but achievable nonetheless.
