Hilarious and Viral Instagram content director

Hello. My friend is very funny guy, who wants to create very funny, hilarious, akward and viral videos (up to 1min) to post on his Instagram account. He wants to grow his account very fast, post only very hilarious, funny, controversial, viral videos that other accounts would steal his content and repost his videos straight away (so they will promote his account and give credit). What kind of videos he wants to create: * where he doesn't speak english a lot (because he is not a native english speaker) * where he doesn't include other people in his videos (only himself) He wants to create parodies, fails, vines or any other funny type of video on his account. He is looking for creative video director who can tell him what type of videos he can create in order to go viral every time (do dark humor, use controversial topics, do hilarious and akward videos, etc..). One of the accounts on Instagram that he likes is: @marlonwebb Creative video director should come up with very great and funny ideas, and make a story and script of what each video should be about and what the guy should be doing in the video. He wants to create 100 funny and viral videos in a row, so he will be ready to start his account once he will have all those videos prepared. Budget for the 100 video ideas is: from 1000$ to 2000$ depending on the uniqueness and creativity of the freelancer. I am the person who helps him found the best freelancer to handle this task, because he doesn't use freelancer platforms so I am helping him out.
