Video voice over and small video editing

I have a screen capture video made with OBS Studio. It is in MKV format, 1080p resolution and it is 49 minutes and 32 seconds long. 188 MB in size. In the video, I install and uninstall some software. I need you to make the video shorter in length by adding fast forwarding effect to all the times in the video when I am only waiting for a progress bar to move. There are a lot of these moments in the video. I must highlight that these must be clearly made fast forward effect, not cutting the video. After this video editing job is done, you need to do a voice over for the video explaining what is happening in the video. I will provide talking points but it's mostly you talking like "Here I'm installing <software name>. Done, and next installing this one. Clicking ok here." etc. Nothing very fancy. The voice over must be done by your own voice. Not by any kind of computer generated audio. To make a bid, please include a voice sample of you speaking English. Bids without voice sample will be ignored. The final delivery must be video file that I can upload to Youtube to be published there. I don't need any intro or outro, or anything else than what is described here.
