Hello I understand you ae looking to edit videos for educational purposes. As per your requirements, I am well versed with video editing and using the conventional apps to do so which include Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro. I understand this is quite a voluminous project of 300 hundred videos with runtime of 20minutes each. But like any good freelancer, I relish a challenge.
