VR game built in form of a webgl game

we are an e-learning and skill development startup looking to have our website built in the form of a webgl game. Key requirements: - built on unity engine - first person interactive gameplay - webgl delivery, prefer fast lightweight designs - designed as a virtual university, starting with lobby, with the possibility of extending the design to include multiple rooms and lab environments as we build out over time. - integration of UI elements and information panels/placeholders that we can fill in with content over time. - should include a product catalog of e-learning courses (images and descriptions can be provided) - (bonus) make it a progressive web application
