Build me an Apocalyptic Game (Do NOT Bid unless your willing to do it for this type of budget) (Unity Only)

I would like someone who can be trust able on making me a game similar to rust but instead of it being with people only, its zombies too. I would like the same items, mechanic, etc. What I do not want to add is for people to create servers for people to join. I want it so there is multiple servers but, the members dont have access to them as an admin or owner. I want there to be a developer control like rust but only people I have the admin commands. The owner (me) is gonna have the same commands like rust. I also want to have npcs and puzzles like rust cause it causes people to stay. When this game is done, please send me the exact file so im able to upload it to unity and release it myself. Please also think of a name that isnt takened but will also sound cool so people will be convinced to play and stay. Because this budget is small, do not make the game 100% perfect but enough for people to enjoy. When i will make more money, I will pay to add more.
