Multiplayer Card game with UNITY for IOS and Android

Hello, I need a card game created with Unity, I only need a simple menu with has a function to play the game in different rooms with different entry and rewards. the game rules are as follows Online Tarneeb is a multiplayer cards game based on bidding and trick winning Game Rules ~~~~~~~~~~ 1. Played by 4 players in two teams north - south and east - west 2. random card is distributed and the highest card player wins which is the dealer. 3. The cards are shuffled and distributed to all players, 13 cards per player 4. Game starts with bidding 5. The bidding starts from the player on the right of the dealer and moves counter-clockwise 6. Bidding turn in which the player declares the number of tricks estimated to be won by the team 7. Each bid can be a weak Pass, Strong pass or Bid and the bid consists of number of tricks and the trump suit or no-trump\ 8. The number of tricks is defined by number 9-13 9. Suits power from highest to lowest is No-Trump, Spades, Hearts, Diamonds, and Clubs 10. The bidding is complete when the last bidder has 3 pass calls after, or in other words no one raises the bid 11. if 3 players pass then the dealer only has the option of 8 tricks 12. the match can be choosen until different rounds 13. they can choose a single round game, rounds up till 51 or rounds up till 101 14. The match finishes if one team reached the round chosen when choosing the game mode 15. The player with the highest bid is the first one to play by placing one card [login to view URL] the first round the highest bidder will throw the trump card, and in this round the ACE must come out. 17. if the highest bidder doesnt have the ACE then the opponent or team mate has to throw the ACE of the suit. 18. if the highest bidder has the ACE then he has the option to throw the next lowest card for example if the highest bidder has Ace,KING,Queen,Jack then he has the option to start with the JACK as he has the whole line if highest cards 19. The turn moves counter-clockwise 20. The first player in the hand is free to play any card in any suit 21. The rest of the players should follow the same suit 22. If a player doesn't have cards in the trick suit, he can place a trump to win the trick or place any other card and it won't be evaluated 23. When there are 4 cards (all players played the hand), the trick is evaluated and won by one of the teams 24. The trick is won by the highest card in the trick or to the highest trump played 25. The trick winner adds to the number of the tricks won by the team 26. The team who won the bid should win at least the number of tricks called in the bid 27. the team who placed the bid is allowed to increase the bid mid game, but if the opponent declines the increase then the game is automatically over and they win the round with the intial bid 28. If the team who won the bid couldn't make the call, then the opponent will receive double the points of the bid 29. when the game is over the win and loss will be recorded against the player and there will be a personal stats for every player and a scoreboard for everyone to see rankings 30. one more important matter is that there will be 3 different animations on how the cards are thrown this will be discussed after all we need is a working game with full script compatible with Ios and android all the visual should be used minimal and basic as we have our own graphic designer to work on these the video of game similarity is below [login to view URL]
