C# Pac-Man OOP -- 2

Hello all! I'm looking for a programmer who is able to make a Pac-man game in C# using Object Oriented Programming. It must be made using properties and as simple as possible since i'm using it as a learning project. All requirements below: Functional Requirements: - Monogame/XNA/Offscreen bitmap no picture boxes - Must use properties! - Must be Object Oriented Programming/OOP/OOPR - Classes - Interfaces - Properties (Get, Set) - Encapsulation - Game can run in windowed (doesn’t have to be fullscreen) - Needs a code coverage with unit tests Requirements: -Simple menu for start and game over - 3 lives , once these are depleted it’s game over - Score count and pick up orbs like a normal pac-man game - Ghost that follow the player (some kind of detection en tracking) - Power up to eat the ghosts ( just like the real pacman) - Collision detection so you cannot go through walls - Responsibility driven design and low coupled and a high cohesion. - UML Design needs to be flawless and a 100% match with the code. - Comments so I can go through the project and learn about the decisions, the whole code needs to be commented
