I have several questions before proceeding any discussion. I receive so many offers from agencies but I never took any offers for many big companies. It's because I need to take so many unpaid tests and trainings, and translation agencies never guarantee amount work or easy-to-use translation tool. Having said, I would like to know a couple of things. 1. Volume of exams and training, all of them including ones that are provided by your clients. 2. Would post Linkedin Recommendation after project is finished? 3. Which tools do you use for translation? 4. Invoicing and payment method. 5. Do you have test? If so, will I be paid for test. I don't take non-billable tests over 300 words. 6. Do you need me to sign NDA (non-disclosure agreement)? Do conditions below agreeable to you? 1. My per word rate for translation is 0.12 USD and per hour rate for other work is 40 USD. 2. My daily capacity is 2000 words for translation.
