Translate patent from english or french to chinese

We are looking for a professional translator to translate a patent from english or french (both are available) to simplified chinese . This is in order to make PCT national entry phase in mainland China. The following have to be translated : description, claims, abstract and request. 1. Patent in french (description, claims, abstract) can be checked with the patent number : WO2017005658A1 [login to view URL] It can also be checked on espacenet : [login to view URL] The english translation of patent (description, claims, abstract) is enclosed. IMPORTANT - Please note that patent is a legal document, translation must be exactly the same meaning than original document. Sentences size, content and meaning should not be modified. For example, one sentence cannot be cut into 2 sentences, even if it improve understanding of the sentence. - Translation must be error-free, it is highly important. Translation will be checked and payement will not be released until it's error free. - Translator should be familiar with sciences/engineering, if possible specially with thermoplastic/material science. 2. It also needs to translate the PCT request (form PCT/RO/101). But this should be easy to do as the PCT/RO/101 must be available in simplified chinese, it just need to copy/paste data into the same boxes. Enclosed is PCT request form in english and in french (it's not same form but it's same boxes and information) Please give us quotation and time needed for this work.
