Translate extensive project methodology to Japanese

We are close to starting a large-scale production planning project for a japanese steelmaker. Because of that, we prepared a translation of our Methodology (which is going to objectively guide the course of our project), however, it seems that the translation is far from perfect and our customer has problems understanding it. The problem is that we’re not sure if the problem is in the translation of the document, or in its content: to be more exact, Methodology is a quite extensive document with complicated context and complicated content. So we are not sure if re-translating the document is really going to help or if we should simply explain the methodology better ourselves to the customer. That leads me to my question. the customer selected a few paragraphs in the attached document where it fails to understand the meaning. I would like to ask you to re-translate the parts of the document on pages 26, 42, 89, 94. We will then send it to the customer, see if their understanding is better, and if it helps, we could then submit a new project, ordering a complete re-translation of the attached document. We’re under a bit of a time pressure, so I would like to have the commented parts translated on Wednesday.
