I don't believe you will be able to find a professional translation at a low price. Professional translations between English-Portuguese range between 10 to 20 cents per word. The price can change if the content is too technical. Considering you will have about 20k words to be translated, and the average price, you should pay around 3k. Whoever proposes to do this job accepting €30 and within only a couple days, most probably will give you results of an automatic tool and of low quality. If you are open to discussing, then for 4k I could also provide you with an interface to generate the CSV file and a database to store the translation. This database would be created on the same database server where you have your online store. This way you could have the translation stored and would be able to generate the CSV file whenever you want. Future translations would be even easier. I am open to change my price after talking with you to better know the content to be translated and the amount of work needed. On my proposal, each week I will send you what I have translated so you can verify the quality of my work and we can discuss if anything is not as you expected.
