Native French Speaking Customer Service Assistant Required

I ran a company for 8 years that manufactured raw materials for the perfumery industry and dealt both with b2b and b2c. Before that, I had 2 years experience doing customer service for a mobile phone company as a student. Your project truly interests me since I am more interested in building long term relationships with potential clients rather than doing one time gigs. Hello, I am an experienced native French translator and costumer service agent living in France. I currently hold a freelance position similar to yours at Artrix limited (poker app), a client who you can find in my freelancer history. My English won't disappoint, I studied at UWE Bristol (business degree) and I am above all a reliable person who will tell when there is a problem. The 24h policy is the same at Artrix thought a bit more flexible on the weekend. I do work most weekends but occasionally I may do all weekend work on the Sunday evening or very rarely Monday. In general I will answer with less than 8h delay at most. For most clients, it will be much quicker as I will work generally at least one time in the morning and one time at the end of the afternoon and possibly one time at night. Most day, I will be available most of the working day time to answer you clients quickly. Since you are based in the UK, we will work at the same hours and communication between us should run smoothly. Regarding the price, the amount of work is critical and your project mention 2-5h a day and 5-10h a week. It's not quite the same! For 5-10h/ week, I charge 400 pounds per month. If it is closer to 10-15h/week, I'll charge 650 pounds per month. I know it can be difficult to evaluate the amount of work so I'll be open to start on your evaluation of time then reevaluate in 2 weeks.
