I am looking to design surfboard fins. My objective is to be able to constrain areas that will allow the width and height to be changed and remodeled. I would prefer if the sketch on the XY plane can be adjusted in correspondence to a geometry projection (or to however you design) of the XZ plane (images attached in Powerpoint). My main concern is that the sweep/loft is functional to the curvature of the fin and it is smooth to the thin point (also outlined in Powerpoint). I do have the object as an .stl file but do not want this as a mesh body. I can only have these files saved as an .f3d or .ipt (AutoCAD Fusion and Inventor). Please use this as a guide. Note: I only require one object to be produced which I will be able to split in half and use as a left, middle and right fin. All relevant files attached.

HI there! I'm a 3D modelling and design expert, and I happen to specialise in Autodesk Fusion 360. I've had a look over your surfboard fin design and Powerpoint. Fusion is an ideal programme to create the parametric design you've described, which will allow you to remodel and make changes by editing a set of dimensions/parameters. And of course, I'll be able to provide you with an .F3D file. I should be able to correspond the 3D model to a sketch in the XY plane, for example, which you will be able to edit in order to change the profile of the fin. I'll be able to make a start using your .STL file as a guide/reference. I'd appreciate if you could send me a message so that we can discuss your project in further detail!
