Hi, I'm Sunil Kumar, a 3d generalist. I can remodel your characters with the clothing references you provide, and add PBR materials to it. I use megascans as my pbr library. I can also import the remodelled mesh, and use cloth brush to add clothing/wind physics to the attached cloth and get them game ready, and provide in .uasset format. I'm using UE 4.25 currently.
