We need a custom plastic case for a PCB board of a USB-drive-like device. The project involves the following deliverables: 1) For the given PCB board (sample will be shipped to you) 3D design an elegant plastic casing. You will need to try a few designs/styles before finalizing. The dimensions and features of this casing should precisely and firmly house the PCB board and include appropriate holes for LED light and insertable USB plug-in socket. 3D and 2D rendering of the product need to be submitted. 2) Files in the format ready for either 3D printing or injection molding need to be produced and submitted. 3) A few units of the product - PCB fitted with the plastic case - need to be manufactured (3D printed or Injection molded) and shipped back. There is a color logo that needs to be either printed or engraved on the product body. In addition to the bid for the project, please also quote the cost of manufacturing/3D printing/Injection molding. Shipping charges will be paid for. I can make the 3d models very quickly once I have the part or the detailed dimensions. The printing will cost about $3 a piece but I included that in the bid, unless you need it in a special filament because I only have pla, pet, and ninja flex on hand.
