RC jacketing model of column in ABAQUS

I am trying to model a 300*300 column with M-20 concrete and Fe415 steel(Ast=900mm2) and stirrups at 200-240mm accordance with IS 456-2000. Then I am trying to provide a concrete jacket with 100mm thickness and required area of steel (Ast=2400mm2) stirrups with 100mm spacing . I.e i am trying to find out the the ultimate load carrying capacity of normal column(without jacket 300*300) and jacketed column (thickness 100mm)
