Holiday house design: Total area in meter 32x42 (Please note same project was published before and removed, now published with more information). Accommodation: Ground level : Large kitchen, 2 suites, 2 master bedrooms, Inner Hall, 2 Living rooms, Main Hall & reception entrance area, Stairs, Lift. Level 1: 2 master bedrooms + Hall + small kitchen, another 2 bedrooms + Halls + small kitchen. 2 side-stairs going to level one and single staircase to rooftop patio. Level 2: Rooftop patio Additional information: The house is river view from east and southeast sides. Water can reach outer fence or very little inside. The building should be classic design (white house) with some modern touches. General themes for interior/ exterior: white, off white, grayish, beige. The wind blows from North to South part of the year and from South to North on other part. The main Hall should have good natural light. Ceiling Height of ground level should be high. The AC system will be split units, sewage system will be independent ( septic tank). Time for design up to 4 weeks is fine. Rooms size shown in the sketches are indicative only, actual size should be reflected when putting furniture on. Requirements & Deliverables : 1- Options( at least 2)for architectural layout based on general sketch given with possibly to change for better design if convincing, after agreeing on layout then step 2. 2- Exterior 3d+ interior joinery- furniture -(in 2d or 3d when applicable) 3- Landscaping 4- Civil drawings for construction , Electrical ceilings & walls, gardens , plumbing 5- Detailed elevations front and side. 6- BOQ If possible (optional) 7- Finally complete set of drawings for construction.
