I have 2D CAD Architectural, Civil, Facade, Electrical and Mechanical models to be converted to 3D Revit BIM models. The required is only one building which isn't complicated from design prospective. While, time is the only crucial resource we got for this project, it's very limited. The payment terms will be as follows:
1. 10% advance of the total payment
2. 15% upon completion of Arch.
3. 15% upon completion of Civil
4. 15% upon completion of Facade
5. 15% upon completion of Electrical
6. 15% upon completion of Mechanical
7. 15% upon completion of Final Model with handing over all soft copy documents
The models shall be handed over in any sorting needed. The two main risks for the project shall be quality and time. The model will be used for more projects in future, also deadline is 27/07/2018.
