Chinese Architect (English speaking)

Looking for a China based architect (preferably based in Guangdong province / Guangzhou but can be based elsewhere in China) to assist Australian based luxury home property developer to buy home building materials from China. You will assist in arranging factory visits and you will research and recommend factories that can supply quality building products in China including but not limited to factories that manufacture : Doors including stack back bi-fold doors and door handles Windows Window treatments including blinds, curtains and shutters Floor coverings including tiles, floorboards, carpets etc Marble and granite bench tops Sandsone wall cladding and other rock types of wall claddings Wall paper and paint Kitchens and other cabinets Plumbing equipment such as sinks, baths, toilets, taps, vanities, shower screens Cornices and fancy ceiling roses etc Lighting and household electrical items Balcony railing Gyprock and other building materials Ceiling fans Pillars and columns Outdoor kitchens Fireplaces – gas and wood Mantle pieces Riverstone style chimney and feature rocks Airconditioners and heaters Furniture – indoor and outdoor Any other building materials of household goods You must speak very good english and be able to translate from Chinese to English during visits to China by the property developer and you will also attend Canton Fair from October 14 to October 20 this year and provide translation services and assist in identifying quality factories and placing orders for home building products. Ongoing work will be available on a project by project basis. AUD$200 per day or AUD$20 per hour if less than a day. All travel and accommodation expenses will be paid in addition.
