hello I have more than 9 years of experience in Revit in MEP for precise And since this project is based For both Mechanical and electrical that would be in my field I want to know if the design is made or we need to make also the design For sure it will take time to make a design and produce a 3D model I guess the Architecture and civil file exists I would care to take a look at the files and to know what do we have systems to be included in this project Mechanical and electrical systems I will be pricing but it will always depend on the load of the project Also the time duration to finish is dependent on the size and the systems needed to be included Awaiting your kindest reply
