Part 1. New entrance door to entrance part. [login to view URL] The entrance should be done in 3D. New door should be similar to the neighbours door (color etc) and be situated on opposite side of white (elevator door) Need 3D, and also construction drawings. Part 2. Create 2D and 3D drawings of the two staircases and their conversion to living space. Staircase 1 [login to view URL] Staircase 2 [login to view URL] Staircase 1 - new door downstairs, entrance carpet etc - Anna will fill in what she wants here. Please have a look at my portfolio and I am sure you wont be disappointed. I work with AutoCAD to create construction drawings and Rhino 3D. I export them to Lumion 6.0 to get realistic renderings (or the preferred type of rendering) and use photoshop to place them into the existing context having an overall seamless appeal.
