I am looking for a freelancer( NO companies please) to work with me for the long term to create 2d animated explainer videos with voice over. Initially, lets create one video, if the output is good, we can go for more videos. For 100 words of a script - Approx 50 seconds video with US voice over. I need the budget to be less than 35$ as it's a continuous work. I have done these kinds of video at these budget. If the budget doesn't fit you, please don't bother to bid. hi, I must say, your budget is quite low. voiceovers alone cost 1/3rd of your budget. and I know the style you want. its done with goanimate. I can do it for you but will be a simple video with limited revisions. will be creative though. would like it if you at least consider $35 for each video. I can show demos of work in chat. thanks,

Hi I've read your brief with great interest. I'm a good illustrator and cartoon artist and 2D,3D expert who can work at fair price. Probably one of the best in the Freelancer.com. I'm also manager of good animation and programming team. I can surely deliver good result at the time you want. Please check my portfolio for my previous work. Those are only little scrap of my work. lol buddy, you are squeezing it too much, the problem with what you are asking is that the license per video for the video style you want is more than your budget !! meaning you can not create to clients because the Rights of Transfer" are for $79 per video plus the cost of production, meaning your client video can be taken down anytime and you will have a problem if you want something long term we can offer you a 60$/min deal 66$/min with voice narration
