Brief:

- text-to-screen application

- administrator should be able to customize settings such as the size of areas of the screen, price per different lengths of time and screen sections.

- After log-in, user interface shows current on-screen display along with times remaining for each section of the screen in use at that particular time as well as pricing information for each section of the screen. Within the same first page of the user interface, the user is able to select a section of the screen (tap/click) to display their own message.

- After clicking on the desired section of the screen, user lands onto a display design page where they can select font, font size, background colour or background picture, enter their text, select runtime in minutes and select display style (stationary text, roll right to left, roll bottom to top, flash/fade, and speed for any of those modes)

- Once user has finished designing their desired text, they click a “DISPLAY NOW” or “DISPLAY AT” button at the bottom of the design page. “DISPLAY NOW” sends to a payment page (the application calculates the amount using the following formula (section-price X minutes X user discount)-user discount, after which the user clicks a “PAY NOW” button which automatically processes payment using Wechat Pay. If user clicks/taps the “DISPLAY AT” button, it sends them to a secondary page where they select the date and time for their message to appear on the screen, then they click/tap “CONFIRM” which sends them to the same payment page and uses the same formula as above.

- The payment page should start with “Please review your text before paying” and show five sections with the user’s selected options 1. Text (formatted to font style and colour) 2. Font size, 3. Screen section chosen, 4. Display mode and speed, 5. Runtime in minutes, 6. “Your text will appear”: -time and date- , 7. “Total price: -price- and the “Pay now” button.

- After payment, the application issues a receipt in the form of a Wechat message, the receipt includes all the information as per the payment page as well as company information and contact information for a helpdesk/support team.

- All pages include a “Terms and Conditions” button that directs to a list of terms and conditions.

- Once payment has been processed, the software sends the relevant information to the administrator for immediate review, the administrator then has the choice between “approve” or “contact user”. If the administrator approves then the software sends the information to the display screen for display or (in case of “display at” option) the software stores the information in a schedule system for it to be displayed at the relevant time and date. If the administrator chooses to contact the user then the software displays the user’s contact information.

- Application obviously includes a “register” button which leads to a registration page with the following fields: user’s name, company name, phone number, email, wechat ID, company address. Users must enter at least a user name and one of the three means of contact.
