No cold sales, we only do inbound sales from hot leads of customers who are interested to buy, you just need to close the sale and push for upsells and take save the sale calls to prevent refunds via troubleshooting and product replacements.

We offer Fix Rate plus 3 tiers of commissions for hitting KPIS

SALES KPIs:

$300 additional USD for hitting the first tier of KPIS

$500 additional USD for hitting the second tier of KPIS

$1,000 additional USD for hitting the third tier of KPIS

$1,500 additional USD for hitting the fourth tier of KPIS

Native spoken English level is a must for this position.

-Solid Previous Call Center Sales and Retention Experience

1) Previous proven sales history of at least $3,000 usd daily

2) Processor of i5 or faster

3) 8gb ram or higher

4) 25mbps internet speed or higher *must never use wifi when working*

5) Noise cancelling usb headset AND webcam

6) Computer must not be older than 3 years

Backup Internet/Power source a must

-Problem Solving ability

-Patience with elders

-Kindness

-Shifts are in Eastern USA based on call volume need

-Quiet work environment at home

-Full time availability 8 hours 5 days a week
