Cold Callers Wanted to Grow Catering Business - Commissioned

Earn $20 per lead! Our catering company has been in business for over 15 years, and is well established in the Philadelphia and suburban market as we cater roughly 30+ events every day of the week. To gain new business we call on a screened lead list of companies throughout the area and simply "qualify" them to see if they normally order or receive catered breakfast/lunch/dinner orders for their office for at least 20 people per average month. If so, we consider them "qualified" (assuming they are not already a customer of ours). We then offer them a free sampled catering meal for 10 people to try us out in hopes of earning a spot on their catering rotation! There is no presentation or strings attached for these leads, just an opportunity to try our food in hopes of impressing them. It's typically a very quick call AND easy sell if they do get frequent catering. History has proven a success rate of about 1 sampling acquired every 45-60 minutes of calling on average, depending on experience, skills and efficiency. This method has worked very well for us over the years in growing our business for the past few years. Therefore, we are now looking to hire more freelancers that are willing to work on a commission-only basis, like our current team of cold callers. We will provide the calling lists (purchased from [login to view URL]), and will pay a set commission for every sampling that is arranged with a qualified company. We are not interested in paying an hourly wage, but otherwise feel an incentive is more fitting for this agreement. We will pay $20 per sampling that is arranged, paid the week following the date it was received! If your cold calling results in 5 or more samplings in a given week you will be bonused an additional $5 per sampling for that week, totaling $25 per sampling scheduled. There are no caps to the number of samplings we allow to be scheduled per day. The number of hours you choose to work is also entirely up to you, we just hope to see a steady stream of incoming samplings. But a rough maximum could pay $600 per month for 40 total samplings, but how much you choose to work is entirely up to you - no pressure will be applied from us whatsoever.
