Talent Sourcing

As the company is developing oversea businesses, we are open for positions (mainly for BD) in different countries. Therefore, we are looking for a talent acquisition specialist to quickly sourcing the matched talents and supporting their onboard. It woudl be a head hunter role who could gather more resumes from networking channels for us. The open position and JD are as below: - Business Development (BD) **Responsibilities:** -   Maintain the relationship with current customers by visiting customers physically, dig out potential opportunity with current customers -   Participate in local activities including but not limited to local in-person events local summit or other events -   To increase active customers with company platform, following up with leads and develop new business opportunities with leads -   Collect market information, build market analysis and work with marketing team to operate marketing proposals **Ideal candidate:** -   Fluency and excellent command in English, second language e.g. French, Germen, Mandarin preferred -   1-3 years working experience of sales, marketing, E-Commerce relevant position, preferred in food / nutrition / pharmaceutical industry -   Good at sales skills, business development and customer relationship maintenance -   Know-how of food/nutrition product knowledge
