CA Identity Manager & Siteminder - Need Support

• Managing the Siteminder (Masters and Consumers) servers in Production/QA/DEV environment • Monitoring the apache and tomcat service in all the CA Siteminder servers • Renewing the certificate for all the Siteminder servers and generating the CSR in the SSO servers • Checking the logs for any application down issues and restarting the servers if required as per IT IS process • Requesting the application team to provide the required details to configure the applications in the CA Siteminder • Monitoring and Managing the Siteminder servers for Memory and Space Utilizations
