iGenomics is an iOS app that analyses genetic data (see github /stuckinaboot/iGenomics). It generates several tables of information that cannot be copied. The deliverables of the project will involve adding to the code the ability to convert these tables to a text file, and then save to DropBox

For the first stage, the deliverable will be as follows:

Programming: generate a text file that represents the “Coverage Profile” (see below)

Programming: amend the GUI to provide the option to save this file to DropBox (see below)

Revised annotated code cloned to my github

Compiled executable that will run on iOS15.x

Demonstration that the code will allow the user the option to save a text file to DropBox that contains the specified information

Details of the first window is provided below, together with the source data that is used by iGenomics to generate its analysis tables, and the output file format is provided below.

The format of the file will be a CSV array with the format

Columns:

“Ref”, (single text letter)

“Qry”, (single text letter)

Export tables of data displayed by iOS analysis app

iGenomics is an iOS app that analyses genetic data (see github /stuckinaboot/iGenomics). It generates several tables of information that cannot be copied. The job is generate a script that will automatically save the tabular data that is displayed.

So there's the program ie genomics. And that takes in a series of text files, and analyzes them to look for the differences in the two sets of files. And what I'm looking for is this is a, an open source software, it's on GitHub, and I'm looking for a ID to be cloned, and some additional lines of text to be added, that will convert the graphics that it that it all the tables that it generates in graphics format, and output them into a text format. Okay, so in the IDE sent you some, some graphics or some screenshots of them. So there's actually four set three sets of tables, one of them is really just it goes along the length of the the sequence. And then when there's an alignment with one of the other sequences, it will show you the alignment, which is there. And then there's, there's another one, which which, which compares with a file or variance of places where there are variations, and they'll give you the position, and then it will give you what the reference is and then what the mutation is. And that's the second table. And then there's the third table, which is just pulling this one up now.

There's a third table, which says that which position and it's it says, what the changes, and then what the relative numbers of each of those changes are. So for example, at position 218, it says that a C has changed to a C or a G. And it says that of the 218 of the reads 36 reads with C and 34 reads with G. So I'm looking just for all of those to be out put into a text file so that I can analyze them and read them using this program.
